Evgeny Lazin

Evgeny Lazin is an experienced software developer with a diverse background in technology and engineering. Currently serving at Redpanda Data since September 2020, Lazin previously worked as an independent contractor for Bloomberg LP, where contributions included the open-sourced blpapi-py API library. From September 2014 to September 2020, Lazin held the position of Engineering Team Lead at Teknavo. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at ООО «Автомобайл Груп», leading development on a car trading website, and Senior Developer at Monitor Electric, Ltd, where Lazin contributed to the widely-used SCADA/EMS system "CK2007" in the energy sector. Lazin's career began at Profitex, Co as a Software Engineer, focusing on projects for the food industry.
