Panagiotis Panagiotopoulos has over 15 years of work experience in the technology field. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Project Leader for RF Network Planning and Wi-Fi Hotspot at D-Systems. From 2007 to 2009, they were an IT Administrator at Tsamouris, where they set up 3 Windows servers, managed the installation and maintenance of Windows machines and PDAs for over 40 users, and set up a VPN between two company sites. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Web SEO Analytics as a System Administrator, where they set up two CentOS servers with over 500 public IP addresses. From 2011 to 2014, they were an IT at Mozaik, where they managed the installation, maintenance and general administration of a diverse set up of machines. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Site Reliability Engineer at Skroutz S.A. During this time, they also worked as a System Administrator at Bright. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer at Citrix. Currently, they are a Site Reliability Engineer at Redpanda Data.

Panagiotis Panagiotopoulos obtained a Master's degree in Advanced Informatics Systems from the University of Piraeus from 2011 to 2012. Panagiotis also attended the Hellenic American Union from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA / ICND 1 & 2) certification. From 2002 to 2008, they attended the University of Peloponnese, where they studied Telecommunications Science and Technology. In addition, they obtained three certifications from Coursera and MongoDB, Inc. in 2014: An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python, M101P: MongoDB for Developers, and M102: MongoDB for DBAs.
