Kristy Schiltz has been working in the customer service industry since 2003. Kristy started at Performance Foodservice as an Administrative Coordinator in 2003, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and developing administrative and logistical reports. Kristy was also proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and performed clerical support functions to management and other staff. In addition, they served as a Transportation Coordinator, communicating with drivers, customers, Customer Service, Accounting and area managers concerning schedules, damaged or miss-delivered items, COD accounts and other delivery issues. Kristy also tracked miles, fuel, shorts and overages on trucks, and processed time sheets and driver logs. In 2020, Kristy began working at RedShelf as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for working with RedShelf schools and partners to ensure students have access to course materials prior to courses starting each term. This includes collecting information from schools prior to semesters starting, gathering information from partners to correctly charge for course materials, and making the courses and materials available in RedShelf systems.

Kristy Schiltz graduated from Yorkville High School in 1986 with a High School Diploma after completing the required courses.
