Jinhong Kim has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Process Engineer at Hyundai Motors. From 2002 to 2007, they held a Research Assistant position at Boston University, where they worked on projects related to designing and implementing Spatial Light Modulators and Adaptive Optics Systems. In 2007, Jinhong joined Block Engineering as a Principal Product Engineer, contributing to the development of OEM QCL modules, laser spectrometers, and a miniaturized gas sensor. They also played a significant role in the development of the world's first Monolithic MEMS Michelson Interferometer. Since 2013, Jinhong has been working as a Principal Systems Engineer at RedShift BioAnalytics, Inc., leading the team in developing a cutting-edge protein analyzer using Quantum Cascade Laser technology.
Jinhong Kim pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Konkuk University.
