Jodie Hastie

Jodie Hastie has a diverse work experience, starting as an Operations Intern at Raleigh International in August 2012. Jodie then progressed to various roles within the organization, including Volunteer Coordinator, Volunteer Delivery Officer, Senior Volunteer Delivery Officer, and finally Volunteer Delivery Manager. In January 2018, they took on the role of Volunteer Delivery & Interim International Resources Manager, before leaving Raleigh International in June 2018. Jodie then joined Redthread in January 2020 as an Operations Manager and later became the Head of Operations in September 2022. Prior to this, in October 2011, Jodie worked as an International Activity Leader at The Isle of Wight College.

Jodie Hastie completed a Master's degree in Senior Leadership from the Institute of Leadership and Management, which took place from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arts Management from London South Bank University between 2007 and 2010.
