Nastassia Patrebka

Nastassia Patrebka is a Customer Care Specialist at RedTrack.io since November 2023, following a role as an L1/L2 Support Engineer at ScienceSoft from February 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, creating technical documentation, and training newcomers. Earlier, Nastassia served as an English Second Language Teacher from July 2010 to December 2021, including two years of experience in China, and briefly worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Wargaming in 2017. Nastassia holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University, earned from September 2009 to June 2014.
