Josefina Borad

Josefina Borad currently serves as the Head of Operations USA and holds several key titles, including Principal Structural Engineer and Project Manager, at CSI Ingenieros since January 2016. Additionally, Josefina is the VP of Production at Redtree since July 2022. Previous experience includes work in project management for the Crossrail West Outer Electrification Project at Network Rail in 2015, and several roles at CSI Ingenieros from 2008 to 2013 as a Structural Engineer and Design Manager. Josefina began their career as a Tendering Assistant at Teyma Uruguay S.A. from 2007 to 2008. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in International Project Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures from Universidad de la República.
