Charles V. Mihaylo

Chuck has over 45 years of experience in public accounting and corporate management, ranging from federal and state taxation to audit and business consulting services for small, medium, and large business entities. He provides strategic financial and tax planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates and trusts, and assists clients in their relationships with banks, shareholders, and senior management. His corporate background in profit/loss and bottom-line responsibilities spans a variety of industries, including property management, high-tech, telecommunication, and research and development.

Prior to joining REDW, Chuck was one of the founding partners of Phoenix-based Edwards, Largay, Mihaylo & Co. (ELMCO), which joined forces with REDW in late 2022 to better serve their combined clients and the Arizona market.

Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Arizona.
