Damien O'Grady

Damien O'Grady has extensive experience in operations and fund accounting, currently serving in the Operations role at Redwheel since October 2021. Previously, Damien worked at Northern Trust Corporation from September 2014 to September 2021 as a Team Leader in Fund Accounting, where responsibilities included delivering high-quality service, improving core procedures, managing client relationships, organizing workloads, and ensuring team deadlines were met. Prior to that, Damien held the position of Fund Accountant, focusing on evaluating and reconciling funds. Early career experience includes a role as an AIS Reconciliation Administrator at BNY Mellon, where daily reconciliation of cash and asset balances was performed. Damien holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Limerick, completed in 2013.
