Kundan Madireddy

Kundan Madireddy has a diverse range of work experience. Kundan is currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Business Development at Redwing Labs, where they focus on delivering medical supplies efficiently through the use of drone-based systems. Prior to this role, Kundan worked as a Consultant at Social Finance India, where they designed financial instruments for funding skilling and workforce development programs. Kundan also gained experience in sustainable finance as a Sustainable Finance Research Assistant at WWF-Singapore, where they evaluated sustainability practices of FMCG companies. Furthermore, Kundan has worked on innovative financing mechanisms, such as Development Impact Bonds and Social Impact Bonds, during their time at Tri-Sector Associates and Third Sector Capital Partners, respectively. Additionally, Kundan co-founded and led the expansion of Masti Ki Prayogshala, an initiative focused on improving STEM education in rural schools in India. Other positions Kundan has held include Researcher and Writer at Business India Group, Project Manager at Harvard University South Asia Institute, and Fellowship Scholar at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini.

Kundan Madireddy completed a Master in Public Policy (MPP) degree in Public Policy and Social Impact from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy from 2017 to 2019. Before that, from 2012 to 2014, Madireddy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. Madireddy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in B.Com(Hons.) obtained from the same institute from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to formal education, Madireddy obtained several certifications on topics such as Business Etiquette, Learning LinkedIn, and Social Leadership from LinkedIn in December 2019.
