Max Randolph

Max Randolph has a strong background in engineering and project management. Max started their career at Raytheon as a Senior Process Engineer and later became a Product Manager. In 2020, Max joined Raytheon Technologies as a Responsible Engineering Authority, where they led multiple projects and was the primary technical point of contact for mechanical design. Max recently joined Redwire Space as the Lead Project Engineer. Throughout their career, Max has focused on improving product design, reducing costs, and eliminating unnecessary data collections.

From 2005 to 2009, Max Randolph attended the University of California, Davis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
