Camilla Engel Lemser is a Ph.D. candidate at Statens Serum Institut, focusing on research related to biological and molecular changes in the onset of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) as part of their role at the PREDICT - Center for Molecular Prediction of Inflammatory Bowel Disease since September 2020. Prior experience includes work as an academic assistant at Statens Serum Institut and a research assistant at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, where Camilla engaged in q-PCR and literature searches. Camilla completed a Master's degree in Cell Biology and Physiology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Københavns Universitet. Earlier roles encompassed environmental science presentations at Experimentarium and a master thesis project in the Laboratory of Reproductive Biology at Rigshospitalet.
