Daniel Sellman

Daniel Sellman is a highly experienced Senior Hardware Test Engineer at Redwood Materials since February 2023, specializing in the recycling of lithium-ion batteries and the production of battery materials for electromobility and electrical storage systems. Previously, Daniel served as a Sr. Systems/Test Engineer II at Raytheon from August 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included creating test requirement specifications, designing test stations, and achieving 100% automation in final test solutions. Earlier, Daniel worked as a Validation Engineer at Texas Instruments from March 2012 to August 2017, focusing on the rigorous testing of new products, developing automated validation solutions, and facilitating cross-discipline collaboration. Daniel began a career in electronics as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy from July 2000 to July 2006, managing maintenance schedules and troubleshooting electronic communication systems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate in Science degree in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering from St. Petersburg College.
