Neil Harvey

Neil Harvey is an experienced engineering manager and software development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Redwood Software since September 2022, Neil has a strong background in building and coaching inclusive teams of software engineers. Prior roles include Software Development Manager at Sophos and Development Manager UK at Redwood Software, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance coaching, and product ownership for mission-critical software development. Neil's extensive experience also includes positions at Dell, Quest Software, Ericsson, Cincom Systems, Sopra Group, Logica, and Ashridge, focusing on Java development and project leadership. Neil holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Computing Science, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology.
