Daniel Leng

Daniel Leng is a Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Redx Pharma since October 2020, previously serving as a Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Warwick from September 2015 to September 2020, focusing on structural biology of biosynthetic enzymes in Dr. Marcio Dias' group, and completing a PhD under Dr. Manuela Tosin on chemical probes for nonribosomal peptide biosynthesis. Daniel commenced professional experience as an Intern at Warwick Ventures Ltd. in early 2016 and worked as a Ward Administrative Assistant at Spire Healthcare Group plc from September 2009 to September 2015. Early research experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at Chalmers University of Technology in 2014. Daniel holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Warwick, completed in 2015, and education from Bishop Vesey's Grammar School between 2009 and 2011.
