Helen Timmis

Helen joined Redx in February 2022 as a Senior Medical Director from Galapagos, a Belgian biotech company, where she was working on compounds targeting conditions in dermatology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. Helen has an MBChB from the University of Leicester and was originally trained in obstetrics and gynecology before moving to ICON Development Solutions to work on Phase 1 clinical trials.

She brings over 16 years of experience in the industry in a variety of inflammatory and fibrosis indications. Helen maintains her registration with the General Medical Council and is an affiliate member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine.
