Joann Anushia has over 12 years of work experience in various industries. Joann began their career in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Team Lead (US) for Prometric. In 2013, they moved to Fitness First Asia (Sportathlon Asia Sdn Bhd) as a Front Line Manager. In 2015, they joined Mah Sing Group Berhad as a Personal Assistant to Director, Organizational Development & Human Resource. In 2016, they accepted a position as Senior Customer Service Manager for The MYSALE Group. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Service Manager for Reebelo.
Joann Anushia completed their SPM at SMK Assunta between 1998 and 2002. Joann then attended Stamford College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an American degree programme in Psychology. Joann has also obtained a Test of English As A Foreign Language certification from ETS.
