Lian Liu

Lian Liu has over 10 years of experience in data analytics and science. Their current role is as the VP of Data and Analytics at Reebelo, a position they have held since May 2023. Before this, Lian worked at Mercari US as the Director of Data Science and Analytics from January 2021 to May 2023, and as a Principal Data Scientist from August 2018 to December 2020. Prior to Mercari US, Lian held the position of Head of Data Science at SmartLens Analytics from August 2017 to February 2018. They also worked at Poshmark as the Director of Analytics and Data Science from December 2015 to August 2017. Before that, Lian worked at Orbitz Worldwide as a Senior Manager of Statistical Modeling and Analysis in Online Marketing, Paid Search from January 2013 to December 2015. They began their career at eBay Inc as an Analytics Manager in Risk from July 2007 to January 2013, and at ISO Innovative Analytics as a Statistical Project Lead from July 2005 to July 2007. Lian's earliest position was as a Staff Economist at OnPoint Analytics, Inc. from August 2004 to July 2005.

Lian Liu has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics & Finance from Zhejiang University. Lian also has two Master's degrees, one in Applied Statistics and the other in Economics, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
