Or Azulay

Or Azulay has a strong background in restaurant management. They started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Truman & Co Restaurant in 2014, where they oversaw a team of over 30 employees and handled the execution of over 800 meals per day. They were responsible for resolving operational and logistical issues. In 2019, Or joined RUSTICO as a Restaurant Manager, managing a team of over 60 employees and overseeing inventory and purchasing. They were also involved in managing complex operations, evaluating bottlenecks, and contributing to process improvements. Currently, Or serves as the Vice President of Operations at Reeco, a marketplace that connects hotels with suppliers. Their role involves managing the platform and ensuring smooth operations for customers.

Or Azulay completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Or attended this institution from 2015 to 2018. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services at Tel Aviv University, from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Or Azulay obtained various certifications from Coursera. These certifications include Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data with Python, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), Python Data Structures, Python for Everybody Specialization, and Using Python to Access Web Data. All of these certifications were obtained in April 2020.
