Christopher Dahlstrom

Christopher Dahlstrom is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in client service and team management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Reed Group since January 2016, Christopher oversees the daily operations and client service level agreements for multiple clients, leading a diverse team of case managers and customer service specialists. Prior experience includes roles at Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, including managing case manager teams and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Christopher’s earlier work at Target and Mervyns involved benefits administration and logistics management, respectively. Education was completed at Coon Rapids High School.
