David Oertli

David Oertli has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance and claims management industry. David started their career as a Multi-Line Examiner at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 1988 to 1991. David then worked as a Senior Liability Examiner at Alexsis Claims Management from 1992 to 1994. Following that, they joined Sedgwick CMS in 1995 as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Director of Claims. There, they oversaw claim staff, managed budgets and profitability, and handled account management and problem-solving initiatives. In 2014, they joined ReedGroup as the Sr Director of Customer Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
