Madeline Boyer

Madeline Boyer, PhD, currently serves as the Director of the Innovation Lab at Reed Smith LLP, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Innovation Labs at KPMG, where Madeline Boyer was instrumental during the COVID-19 pandemic in transitioning to a virtual environment and directing change management for Fortune 500 companies. Previous positions at Percipient Partners encompassed roles as Senior Associate in Innovation Labs and Change Management, leading organizational workshops and enhancing business development. Additionally, Madeline Boyer held a position as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching various courses, alongside serving as a Graduate Researcher engaged in ethnographic studies to improve workplace dynamics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
