Adesh Khandekar

Adesh Khandekar currently serves as the Head of Business Growth in the Founders office at Reed & Willow since April 2023, while also holding the position of Head of Strategy and Business Growth at Baselign Consulting since July 2023. In these roles, Adesh collaborates with the CEO and Executive Leadership team to establish a strategic roadmap, implement essential projects, and develop initiatives for growth and diversification. Previously, Adesh worked as an Operations Associate and Articled Assistant at APL Business Services LLP from January 2020 to March 2023. Adesh is a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in April 2019.
