Deeksha Pant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Baselign Consulting and Reed & Willow Talent Advisory Group since July 2023 and May 2019, respectively. Deeksha has a strong track record in managing business operations, driving efficiency and innovation in recruitment processes, and implementing learning and development initiatives. Prior roles include Program Manager and Associate Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed hands-on recruitment for leadership roles, account and team management, stakeholder interaction, and designing training plans. Deeksha began their career as an Assistant Manager at Jana Small Finance Bank, gaining diverse exposure across multiple functions and excelling in legal and HR responsibilities. Deeksha's educational background includes a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Ramaiah Institute of Management and a B.Com from National PG College.
