Saf I. has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and sales field. They began their career at Carphone Warehouse as a Sales Consultant and later worked at Phones 4u as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they consistently met and exceeded targets. Saf then transitioned to the IT recruitment industry, starting as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Concept Resourcing and eventually moving to Reed as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant. They were promoted multiple times at both companies, achieving titles such as Principal IT Recruitment Consultant and Executive IT Practice Manager. Saf's responsibilities in their roles included growing and expanding teams, focusing on new business and private sector markets, and achieving significant revenue growth. They have expertise in various IT specialisms, including core support services, software development, BI/MI/data analytics, and IT transformation projects and change.

Saf I. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Birmingham City University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Saf attended Bishop Milner Catholic School Sixth Form from 2007 to 2010, where Saf pursued Applied Business (BB) and ICT (B) studies. Saf's high school education was completed at Castle High School from 2002 to 2007, where Saf achieved 11 A-C GCSE's including Math, English, Science, Applied Business, and IT.
