Shane Dublin

Shane Dublin, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations and Director of Human Resources for REEDS SPRING R-IV SCHOOL DISTRICT since July 2023. Previously, Shane held the position of Assistant Superintendent of Academics at Willard Public Schools from July 2020 to June 2023, and served as the Executive Director of Secondary Learning at Springfield Missouri Public Schools from July 2016 to June 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Adjunct Professor at Southwest Baptist University from July 2009 to July 2019, Middle School Principal at Bolivar R-1 Schools from August 2006 to July 2016, Principal and Curriculum Director at Halfway R-3 Schools for one year, and Math and Spanish Teacher at Bolivar Middle School from August 2000 to July 2005. Shane earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Southwest Baptist University between 2012 and 2014 and a Specialist degree in Education Administration from the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
