James Holloway

James Holloway has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry. James is currently the Director of Business Development at ReedTMS Logistics, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Seven Two Logistics, LLC from July 2017 to July 2022. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of an asset-based trucking company and developed a refrigerated fleet of vehicles to service the continental US. James was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training personnel, establishing key internal processes, and managing regulatory compliance. James also actively interacted with customers to develop business and build relationships. Before founding their own company, James was the Managing Partner at EQ AG SOLUTIONS, LLC from July 2012 to July 2022. Here, they oversaw the daily operations of a chemical manufacturing company, directing the life cycle of 25 patent-protected products and expanding market and brand awareness through various channels. James conducted target market research, developed and launched new products, and managed regulatory compliance and intellectual property protection. Prior to that, James held various roles at CH Robinson Worldwide, Inc, including Manager of CH Robinson Floral Solutions, Manager of the Southeast Region, Transportation Sales, and Produce Broker.

James Holloway attended the University of South Florida, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. James then pursued further education at Saint Leo University, focusing on Psychology Studies.
