Jeremy Cartee

Jeremy Cartee is group VP for Midwestern operations. He has P&L responsibility for the company’s integrated businesses in the greater Chicago area and oversees operations in Rockford, IL and Southern Wisconsin.

A skilled manager with a broad base of industry knowledge and keen problem-solving skills, Jeremy works with the sales, service, and construction departments to drive sales, manage timely project execution, and ensure the highest standards of customer service.

Throughout his 23-year career at Reedy Industries, Jeremy has been among the company’s top performers, consistently achieving double-digit improvements in revenue and margin growth year-over-year. His 27 years of industry experience, deep technical knowledge, strong team-building skills, and expertise in strategic account management have been instrumental in the company’s success.

Jeremy began his career in the HVAC industry by graduating from a 5-year union apprenticeship program.
