Alper Kurbak

Alper Kurbak is a Senior Manager of Physical Product at REEF, responsible for enhancing physical environments across the REEF network and driving product-led solutions. With prior experience as a Design Manager at REEF, Alper managed architectural and interior design projects for commercial kitchens and retail units across multiple countries. Alper's project management expertise includes leading the opening of over 40 Starbucks stores in Turkey and Azerbaijan for Alshaya Group and managing over fifty store openings for LC Waikiki in diverse regions. An educator at Maltepe University, Alper has also contributed to architectural design and research. With a strong academic background, Alper is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture at Istanbul Technical University, alongside earlier degrees in Urban Studies and Architectural Design.
