Kyle Grant has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary field. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Chef de Partie at Distillery Restaurant Corp. Kyle then moved on to The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in 2012, where they held the role of Chef de Partie and was responsible for overseeing and supervising multiple dining outlets. In 2015, Kyle joined Fairmont The Palm, Dubai as a Sous Chef and later took on the position of Chef De Cuisine. Kyle'smost recent role is with REEF, where they first served as the Director of Operations starting in April 2020 and then took on the role of Director of Expansion for Canada in August 2021.
Kyle Grant earned a Culinary Management Diploma from George Brown College in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Culinary Management degree from the same institution in the same year. In terms of certifications, they completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wine and Spirits in 2014, Change Leadership from Cornell University in 2015, and Strategic Marketing from Cornell University in 2019. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Finance Foundations: Business Valuation, Algorithmic Trading and Stocks Essential Training, and Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn.
