Ishita Kamani

Ishita Kamani is a Human Resources Specialist at Reelo since June 2023, with prior experience in various HR roles. At TO THE NEW, Ishita streamlined the auditing process for new joiners, significantly reducing review times. In a brief tenure at Arendelle, Ishita contributed to team building, while at INSPIREBITS, a robust screening program was initiated under Ishita's leadership, producing a strong candidate pool. Ishita began a career in digital marketing as an intern at ZeroKaata, where content creation for over 120 lifestyle and fashion blogs was executed based on market trends. Ishita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource from Ahmedabad University, completed in May 2023.
