Arleen Garza has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they established their own business, Inspired Concepts, where they served as the Business Owner until 2012. In 1993, Arleen joined Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and remained there until 2001. Arleen then moved on to become President of Alegre Communities from 2012 to 2014. In the same year, they founded REEP Residential and served as one of its founders. Arleen also founded REEP Equity in 2012, where they currently hold the position of Principal. In this role, they focus on acquisitions and company growth strategy, with a specific emphasis on maximizing investor returns and property appreciation. Additionally, they co-founded a real estate management company in 2017 that currently manages properties in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. Arleen Garza's work experience highlights their expertise in real estate, business ownership, and senior executive roles.
Arleen Garza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) from the National Apartment Association. Moreover, Arleen has also served as a board member on the San Antonio Apartment Association.
