Erik Fox

Erik Fox is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate representation, asset recovery, bankruptcy, and leasing, currently serving as a Shareholder at Rees Broome, PC since January 2008. Previously, Erik worked as an Associate Attorney at Lawson & Silek PLC, focusing on land use, zoning, and real estate matters. Erik's early career includes leadership roles in municipal positions, such as Assistant Director of Neighborhood Development Services and Zoning Administrator for the City of Suffolk, where responsibilities included managing inspections and aiding developers. Additional experience includes program coordination for the City of Norfolk's Department of Public Works and urban forestry management in Chesapeake. Erik holds a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Wildlife from Virginia Tech.
