Hillary Collins

Hillary Collins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in representing homeowners’ and condominium associations in Maryland and Northern Virginia. Currently a Shareholder and Counsel at Rees Broome, PC since January 2010, Hillary focuses on assisting associations with revisions to governing documents and collection efforts. Prior to this role, Hillary served as an Associate at Bonner Kiernan Trebach & Crociata from July 2007 to December 2009 and at McCarthy, Massey, & Mitchell PC from October 2005 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law (2005) and a BA in Political Science and History from UCLA (2002).
