Vicki Ingram

Vicki Ingram is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate paralegal and legal compliance roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Paralegal at Rees Broome, PC since December 2019, Vicki has previously held the position of Corporate Paralegal at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from January 2016 to December 2019. Prior to that, Vicki was Legal Compliance Manager and Paralegal at Blackstreet Capital Management, LLC for nearly a decade. Vicki's expertise includes drafting incorporation documents, managing corporate compliance for multiple entities, and overseeing legal due diligence for transactions. Additional experience spans administrative roles at General Motors, The Brand Consultancy, and Horizon Trading International. Vicki holds a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from DePauw University.
