Penny Middelraad

Penny Middelraad possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Reese Engineering, Inc. since November 2017 and previously worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Stantec, where focus included HVAC design and MEP coordination for high-rise residential and hospitality projects. Career highlights include project management roles at Chevron, where coordination of a project management system was achieved, and at Carter & Burgess, where innovative mechanical design was provided for a diverse range of clients. Penny also engaged in independent studies of French and Dutch while living abroad from 2010 to 2014.
