Peter Ducharme

Peter Ducharme has a diverse work history in sales, marketing, operations, and management roles. Peter began their career at Fairlane Paint Company, where they owned and operated the business from 1986 to 1995. Peter then transitioned to the Sherwin Williams Paint Company, where they worked as a Sales Representative from 1996 to 2001. From 2002 to 2020, Ducharme worked at CertaPro Painters, starting as a Development & Operations General Manager and later moving up to positions such as Commercial National Accounts Sales Manager and Operations General Manager. In 2015, they became the Sr. Operations General Manager for the Northeast Region. In 2020, Ducharme joined ProGroup as the Director of Sales & Marketing and continued this role when they moved to re:fab. In 2022, they became the Director of Recruiting, Training and Development, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Director of Business Development at re:fab.

Peter Ducharme began their education at LaSalle Academy, where they attended from 1978 to 1982. Peter then went on to Rhode Island Junior College in 1982, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 1998, Peter attended KTA - Tator Paint Coatings Failure Analysis, but again, the degree and field of study are unknown. In 2002, they completed a micro business training program with Entrepreneurs at the Rhode Island Micro Enterprise Association, obtaining certification. Apart from their formal education, Peter has also obtained various certifications in areas such as OSHA construction safety and health, coaching, conflict resolution, and strategic business planning.
