Nishad Amin

Nishad Amin has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Nishad is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of RefAssured, a staffing agency that uses smarter insights to assess candidates and improve conversion rates. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Management Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Nishad also served as the Sr. Director of Data at Avionte Staffing Software from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held various roles at COMPAS (acquired by Avionte), including VP of Data Engineering & Services, Director of Data Engineering, and Data Engineer. Nishad's early career included positions at Waste Management as a Pricing Manager and Pricing Analyst III, as well as an internship at Beaird Group.

Nishad Amin is a student who has pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering (E.E.) at the University of Arizona.
