Low Joo Tat

Low Joo Tat is a product designer who has worked with Jaga-Me and is currently working at ReferralCandy. Low has experience in designing, developing, shipping, and iterating on multiple products. Low is responsible for uncovering insights, translating them into features, and prototyping them with sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups etc. Low often has to take on the role of Product Manager, collaborating across departments to scope projects and prioritise features.

Some of their notable achievements include improving operational efficiency with features for our admin dashboard that removed time sinks and reduced frictions to collaboration; digitalising the recruitment and on-boarding process for freelancers, freeing the team to do more high value work; piloting an enterprise portal that facilitates easier communications with partner institutions; redesigning the job completion experience for our freelancers on our mobile app to be more guided; leading the UIUX design for our customer mobile app; and designing and building the company's websites.

Low Joo Tat has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Low also has a GCE "A" Levels from Raffles Institution.
