Maja Fazlagic Olic

Maja Fazlagic Olic has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1998, they started their career at Saatchi & Saatchi as the Head of AoR Operations. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as an Advertising Director at Hubert Burda Media and Publishing house Burda. Maja then joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as an Advertising Director from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, Maja served as the Managing Director at Studio Marketing JWT. From 2012 onwards, they founded and worked at the Counselling Center for IVF. In 2015, they joined MediaWorks d.o.o. as a Business Development Manager until 2017. Since 2017, Maja has been associated with Referrizer LLC, first as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Experience Manager until 2020, and currently as the Director of Agency Services.

Maja Fazlagic Olic completed their bachelor's degree in digital marketing from the Faculty of Media and Communications, which they attended from 2019 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Google Digital Garage certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from IAB Europe in March 2020. Maja also completed a leadership program at Cranfield School of Management in November 2008.
