Guillaume Kohen has a diverse work experience in sales and business development roles. Guillaume is currently serving as the Head of Sales, APAC & EMEA at Refeyn, a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing mass photometer instruments for R&D applications. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of APAC Sales at Refeyn.
Before joining Refeyn, Guillaume worked as an Independent Sales Strategy Consultant for a year, where they provided sales strategy consulting services.
From 2018 to 2020, Guillaume worked at CWT, a global company, where they served as the Global Sales Director - APAC and later the Head of Business Development - Energy, Resources & Marine, APAC.
From 2014 to 2017, Guillaume worked at Teledyne e2v as the Regional Business Development Director, overseeing Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
Prior to Teledyne e2v, Guillaume worked at Bullard for a significant portion of their career, serving as the Director of International Sales, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. Bullard is a US-based leading designer, developer, manufacturer, and marketer of personal protection equipment.
Overall, Guillaume has extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategy consulting in various industries, including academia, biopharma, energy, resources, marine, healthcare, life sciences, space, transportation, defense, security, industrial, and personal protection equipment.
Guillaume Kohen attended Hawaii Pacific University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Sales Differentiation Masterclass by Lee Salz through Sales Architects in September 2019. In April 2011, they obtained certification in The New Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group. Guillaume also obtained certification in Strategic Value Selling from Singapore Management Consulting Associates in July 2010.
