Michael M.

Michael M. has extensive experience in the media industry. Michael began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager at Sports Authority, where they managed a team of employees to reach sales goals, merchandise product and maintain department & company standards. In 2006, they worked as Team Video for the New York Football Giants and On Air Promotions / Freelance Editor for Spike TV. From 2007 to 2008, they were Head of Multimedia Production at Noble Learning Systems, where they managed and executed all pre-production, production and post-production on multiple platforms including TV, DVD, Internet and print. From 2008 to 2015, they were Senior Producer / Director - Media Sales at Cablevision. In 2015, they became Promotions Producer at Sinclair Broadcast Group, and in 2013 they became Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Refined Impact.

Michael M. attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003, studying Computer Engineering. Michael then transferred to William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies in 2006.
