James Carter is currently the Head of Financial Markets Research at Refined Search, where James partners with clients to recruit senior executives and develop world-class businesses. Prior to this, James worked at Maven Search focusing on Investment Management, Global Markets, and Investment Banking. James also worked as an investor at Retail Venture, where James took on various responsibilities in a local retail venture. James has previous internship experience at Harvard, The Small Business Consultancy, and Fujitsu UK, where James gained valuable skills in PR, business management, and sales and marketing. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History from the University of Kent.
