Michael Russek

Michael Russek's work experience includes various roles at different companies.

From January 2022 onwards, they have been serving as the Senior Director Strategic Accounts at Refined Technologies. Prior to this, from November 2020 to January 2022, they worked as an Innovation Accelerator at the same company.

From January 2019 to November 2020, Michael was the Director of Mechanical Product Management at Refined Technologies.

Before joining Refined Technologies, Michael worked at Flint Hills Resources. From November 2016 to January 2019, they were the Machinery Reliability Technical Manager. Prior to that, from March 2015 to November 2016, they served as the Assistant Reliability Center Manager.

Prior to their tenure at Flint Hills Resources, Michael worked at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC. From January 2013 to March 2015, they held the position of Reliability Center Manager.

Michael started their career at Flint Hills Resources in 2000. During their time there, they held various roles including Forwards Trading Manager & Crude Analyst (May 2011 - January 2013), Fuels Account Manager (January 2009 - May 2011), Gasoline Blender & Light Products Planner (January 2008 - January 2011), Reliability Engineer (January 2005 - January 2008), and Fixed Equipment Engineer (May 2000 - January 2005).

Michael Russek attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Michael then pursued an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, from 2003 to 2006.
