Willie Edwards is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, project oversight, and process technology within the energy sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Refined Technologies since March 2015, Willie has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic initiatives, managing operational excellence, and fostering client relationships. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Director of Projects, where responsibilities involved overseeing staff, managing project schedules, and enhancing safety procedures. Willie's foundational experience includes roles as Process Technician at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Process Operator at BP, as well as serving in the United States Marine Corps as Supply Administration and Operations Manager.
