Scarlett McGuire

Scarlett McGuire is currently a Resident Assistant at the College of the Holy Cross, where support is provided to first-year residents during their transition to university life and community-building programs are managed. Prior experience includes an Estimating Intern role at Reflection Window + Wall, LLC, calculating project material quantities and preparing bids, along with a history as a Youth Volleyball Coach at Southside Volleyball Academy, teaching volleyball fundamentals and managing practice evaluations. Additionally, Scarlett has interned at the Housing Authority of Cook County, organized client files, and served as a Chapter Ambassador for the Women in STEM Organization, facilitating communication between the organization and the school chapter. Previous roles also include working as a Front Desk Receptionist at SPA SOAK, INC., and a Guest Service Representative for the Chicago White Sox, providing customer service and managing appointments. Scarlett McGuire is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics at the College of the Holy Cross, anticipating graduation in 2026.
