Don Kline

Don Kline is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing facility operations across various sectors, including biotech and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Senior Facilities Manager at RefleXion Medical since June 2020, Don previously held roles such as Facilities Operations Manager at Stanford Health Care and Senior Facilities Manager at 10X Genomics. With a background that includes project management for large construction and renovation projects at Impax Laboratories, as well as technical support in engineering projects and facilities operations, Don has developed a robust expertise in environmental compliance, safety, and building maintenance. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
