Varda Khan

Varda Khan is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at RefleXion Medical since July 2023, following prior experience as an Associate Attorney at Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C., where responsibilities included representing employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. Varda has worked with various legal firms, gaining experience in areas such as Wills & Estates, Personal Injury, and Cross Border Law, and has developed skills in legal research, drafting court documents, and client communication. Academic qualifications include dual JD degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, complemented by a BA in Criminology from the University of Alberta. Varda also has valuable experience from internships at immigration and appellate law clinics, as well as a caseworker role at Community Legal Aid, focusing on civil issues.
