Sandy Luers

Sandy Luers has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Sandy is currently a Senior Systems Engineer at Reflexive Concepts since March 2023. Before this, they worked as a System Engineer at Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. from December 2014 to March 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Education and Training Program Manager at the United States Department of Defense from April 2014 to December 2014. Sandy also worked as a Research Analyst at ICF from April 2011 to April 2014 and as a Training Administrator at LG-TEK from July 2010 to April 2011. Their earlier experience includes being an English Teacher and AVID Program Manager at Baltimore County Public Schools from June 2006 to July 2010.

Sandy Luers completed their secondary education at Delone Catholic High School, although the specific dates are unknown. In 2002, they began their undergraduate education at Towson University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in English with a focus on Secondary Education. Sandy graduated from Towson University in 2006.

In 2020, Sandy Luers enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue a Master of Science degree in Informatics. Sandy completed their studies in 2022 and obtained their Master of Science degree.

In addition to their formal education, Sandy Luers has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In December 2022, they received the Confluence Fundamentals Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian. Sandy also obtained their Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in December 2022.
