Sannie Lee is currently the Head of Support Experience at Reforge, where responsibilities include being the founding support hire for a company that specializes in growth-focused programs for experienced professionals. Previously, Sannie held several roles at Asana from September 2015 to December 2020, including Manager of User Operations, where Sannie managed a team, directed hiring efforts, and developed strategies that enhanced operational performance and customer satisfaction. As a User Operations Enablement Program Manager, Sannie led training initiatives and quality assessments to optimize team performance. Beginning a career at Yelp, Sannie progressed from User Operations Associate to Senior User Operations Associate, contributing to content compliance and user support. Sannie graduated with a B.A. in International Relations, with a focus on Chinese Language and Culture, from the University of California, Davis.
